📣 New Instructor Alert! Aanyah will be leading our Monday noon Functional Fitness class and look for more to come from them! (NYAH)
Aanyah is an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), bodybuilder, music artist and dancer passionate about helping others grow both mentally and physically. As a CPT, she focuses on building strength, confidence, and sustainable healthy habits through structured training, education, and support. Her experience in bodybuilding and dance has taught her the importance of discipline, consistency, and resilience which are all qualities she strives to inspire in others. By combining her knowledge of fitness, movement, and behavior science, she empowers individuals to reach their goals, develop confidence, and become the strongest version of themselves. Whether she’s coaching clients, training herself, creating content, or even making music, her mission is to motivate others to lead healthier, more fulfilling lives.

Join us Sunday, June 14th from 10am–1pm for a deep dive into the mechanics of big wall climbing. We’re talking anchors, hauling systems, lead changes, portaledge setup, haul bag strategy, and more. You’ll also get hands-on insight into moving efficiently in aiders and cleaning both straight and traversing pitches—because on a wall, systems are
everything.
Pre-requisite: This clinic is best for climbers who already have a foundation in multi-pitch systems, including ascending ropes and managing themselves at anchors with daisies.
Come ready to learn—bring something to take notes with and a phone or camera to capture setups for later 📸
