We were setting up yesterday for our movie night that happens tonight and some of our residents wanted to know what was going on. Meet and feed our goat crew tonight. Family activities start at 6:30pm. Charlotte's Web plays outside starting around 8:00pm. Take a hayride, get your face painted, grab some food from Angry Donkey, coffee from Driftwood Coffee Trailer, lemonade shake ups, popcorn from Financial Builders, ride our pony, Tempo or our resident horse, Willow, shop our vendors. Some of Todd Melloh favorite memories as a kid was to go to the drive in theatre with his family. On Saturday, Anna's Acres will recreate a similar experience to fulfill Carrie Caraco-Melloh dream of bringing movie night to our 100 acre horse farm. Charlotte's Web (V2006) will play under the stars on our property. Popcorn, Settler's Yard dinner made by Angry Donkey, Driftwood Coffee, face painting, hay rides, pony rides for younger and older kids, petting zoo, lemon shake ups, vendors, etc. Grab your lawn chair or blanket to sit with your family, enjoy one of the last days of Summer. Family activities start at 6:30pm. Movie starts around 8:00pm. Bags of popcorn will be waiting for you on Saturday, September 19th starting at 6:30pm. Our animals need to eat too so we acquired the very popular pink mini buckets and made them souvenirs for $2.00 to feed our goats and cows. Charlotte's Web (V2006) will be played outside in our front lawn. Many other things waiting for you too, hay rides, face painting, fair food from Angry Donkey, drinks from Driftwood Coffee, lemonade shake ups from Doris Lechner and Nick Lechner. Happy 95th birthday Anna. Anna's Acres isn't just a name on our sign. Our farm is named in honor of Anna Ward, Carrie Caraco-Melloh grandmother and a lifelong member of the Kokomo community. Anna worked for General Motors for more than 40 years, a life marked by hard work, perseverance, generosity and taking care of the people around her.

Those are exactly the values we want Anna's Acres to represent. Family. Hard work. Generosity. Community. And a place where people know they belong.

That’s the woman behind the name.

Join us Saturday, September 19 at 6:30 PM for an outdoor showing of the 2006 Charlotte’s Web. Bring the kids, a blanket or lawn chair, and enjoy a fun evening on the farm! Popcorn, fair food from Angry Donkey, Drift Coffee Trailer, pony rides, petting zoo, bounce house, face painting, farmers market vendors and much more. Movie starts at dark.
