Member Monday spotlight 🌟 Because our members are what make this gym the best!

What keeps me motivated is knowing that I’m not where I want to be yet. I’ve been through a lot, had moments where I doubted myself, and even felt like giving up, but I keep reminding myself why I started. I want to become stronger—not just physically, but mentally and spiritually. I want to keep growing as a fighter, a coach, and as a man. Every workout is another opportunity to prove to myself that I can keep going, even when I don’t feel motivated.

For anybody thinking about joining the gym, stop waiting until you feel ready. You don’t have to be in shape before you walk through those doors. You don’t have to know what you’re doing. You just have to be willing to start. Your first goal shouldn’t be perfection—it should be consistency. Show up, learn, work hard, and give yourself time to improve. The version of you that you’re trying to become is built one workout at a time. #.

We are excited to have Yummy-licious Snow and Coffee coming this Thursday July 30th 3pm-7pm! They will be in the parking lot. It's gonna be another hot day so come and treat yourself!

Attention Members:

We are aware that one of our units is currently out of service. A technician has already inspected the equipment, and the necessary replacement part has been ordered. We are working to have it repaired as quickly as possible.

We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding while we work to get it back up and running. Thank you for your continued support!

Donate a case of water and we will waive your joining fee until the end of July. We will be donating the cases of water to our first responders.
We're in the office Tuesday - Friday 1:30pm- 6:30pm. If you can't make it during office hours you can join over the phone 903-284-5482 or 903-284-5538.
