Get ready Seadog South!!!! Coach Sarah will be hosting a gymnastics seminar September 12th with the time TBA next week. This class will be around 2 hours focusing on the pull up and working on the kip and butterfly. Sign up sheet will be up front at the kiosk August 31st.
