We have everything you and your family need for fitness, child care, sports, aquatics, teen programs, camp and more. Whether you’re preparing for a marathon, triathlon, HYROX, DEKA, Spartan, Tough Mudder—or simply want to take your fitness to the next level—Race Ready is built to help you get stronger, build endurance, and feel confident heading into race day. 💪🏃

This 6-week cross-training program mixes weights, ropes, assault bike, functional movements, cardio conditioning, and even outdoor workouts to keep every session challenging and fresh.

YMCA Dance Company Tryouts are happening at our Twin Lakes Family YMCA, and dancers ages 9–13 are invited to show off their skills, learn new choreography, and take on a new challenge.

Tryouts will include Hip Hop and Contemporary combinations, technique, improvisation, and performance.

🌟 No previous company or competition experience required — just a love of dance and a willingness to learn!
