How do you read this line?
Most likely have heard it as, "I have no time" or "I will do it later", from your self.
Don't let comfort and excuses ruin your progress. Flip the script, put the chips down and use your time wisely.
Tuesday Tracker! 🔥
For our tuesday tracker this week, we are highlighting athlete - Dylan Noe ( ) 💪
Dylan plays hockey for the Atlanta Ice Bandits u16 national bound team, and has been training with us for 2 years now.
At only 15 years old, he exemplifies hard work in every session with consistency, solid form and has become one of our athletes that others look to, as he leads by example.
As Dylan gets ready for another hockey season, we look forward to seeing his growth and leadership from the gym, applied to the ice!
Keep it up Dylan!

Strength training does not mean heavy weight lifting ❌
Kids need to build a foundation early to get a head start on injury prevention and future growth in their training.
What a 7 year olds strength training looks like: light resistance bands, medicine balls and body weight exercises.
The best ability is availability, watch the benefits of their strength progression show true as they grow in their sport and in life.
Which result would you prefer? 😤
Get ahead of your competition, and elevate your training early!
Choice is yours.
Tuesday Tracker! 🔥
This week’s tracker is an appreciation post for our male athletes at FSP!
We want to take a moment to shout out the guys who set the bar high here at Full-Stride Performance.
From the young athletes dialing in their speed mechanics to the veterans pushing their strength ceilings—you are the ones helping build the culture each and everyday.
It takes a specific kind of mindset to show up, put the ego aside, and embrace the grind day in and day out.
We see the extra reps, the relentless effort, and the way you push the other athletes training next to you to be better.
Keep up the hard work and consistency fellas! 💪

Motivation Monday! 💪
Slumps don’t last. Mindsets do.
When shots aren't falling, times aren't dropping, or your body feels off—it’s easy to look for a quick fix or overthink the process.
The reality? The best in the world don't reinvent their swing during a dry spell. They just keep swinging.
In training (and in sports), progress isn't a straight line. Bad days and off-performances are guaranteed.
The only variable you control is whether or not you show up for the next rep.
Show up. Put the work in. Trust the process—and the results will turn around. 🔥

Motivation Monday! 🔥
One week after a World Cup Finals loss, we cannot forget the legacy and impact Lionel Messi has not only on the soccer world but all athletes.
He is arguably the best ever at his sport but even he understands that, you can always improve no matter your success and experiences.
The moment you stop looking for ways to improve is the moment you stop growing.
You have to take each day as an opportunity to build towards your goals and beyond!
Like Messi, being the best hasn’t slowed him down because he is coachable, driven and loves what he does!
Take the Messi approach, and watch your training grow!
