Connecting the arm swing to the approach is a huge part of becoming a more efficient attacker.
We call this drill “Hit Under, Then Transition and Go.” It teaches rhythm, timing, and how to carry your arm swing into a game-like attack.
The better your transition, the better your timing. The better your timing, the more consistent your hitting.
Duri is working her way back from her second ACL injury. Right now it’s all about hitting off the box—the jumping will come soon enough.
