If you’ve taken a class with Kacey, you know she’s the kind of instructor who keeps you grounded while still pushing you to give it everything you’ve got. As an Anchor, she brings that steady, encouraging energy that makes even the toughest moments feel doable. 👏
And we have to talk about the pre-class essential… coffee, duh!!! ☕️😂 Fueled by caffeine and ready to ROK, Kacey loves teaching FLOW and you can catch her taking Six Packs & Backs when she’s on the other side of the reformer!
Our favorite fun fact? Her dog had its own signature drink at her wedding. 🐶🍹 Like… iconic behavior.
