I maybe 40 but I definitely experienced this as a 6 year old... Goat Yoga brings the childlike elements to playfulness, to movement, and to learning. Everyone was in a state of awe... before we could even get into our next pose, it was like we all spoke the same language.
The kids came down to the goats level... and empathy rose and it was like pure bliss... time stood still... and it felt like magic.
Thank you all for such a beautiful day. We will be back...Parent Edition. Lol

Today our young chefs and entrepreneurs got a front-row seat to what it really looks like to build something from the ground up.
A huge thank you to Daniel, owner of Johnny's Pizza, for taking the time to share his story with our campers. He spoke candidly about the journey of opening Johnny's, the challenges, the sacrifices, and the determination it takes to turn an idea into a thriving business.
The kids learned that success isn't just about making great pizza, it's about consistency, hard work, taking risks, and showing up every day with purpose.
And then came the dough.
Watching Daniel effortlessly toss and stretch pizza dough in the air was pure magic. What looked like fun was actually years of practice, discipline, and mastery on display. The kids were completely captivated.
Experiences like these are exactly why we created Treat Yourself Week. Entrepreneurship comes alive when children can meet real business owners, ask questions, hear authentic stories, and witness excellence in action.
Thank you, Daniel, for inspiring the next generation of leaders, creators, and dreamers. Johnny's Pizza

"Beware the barrenness of a busy life."
DeAri Loggins
Family Yoga is my favorite thing to teach.
Not because kids need another lesson.
Because children do by watching.
You can tell them to be confident. You can tell them to move their bodies. You can tell them to speak kindly to themselves.
But when they watch you try, wobble, laugh, breathe, and keep going...
That's where the magic happens.
The example is the curriculum.
Be the example.

🙃 Upside Down Yoga Week! 🙃
We're exploring the world from different angles, learning that sometimes the best way to change your perspective is to literally turn it upside down.
Through yoga, mindfulness, movement, games, creativity, and connection, campers will build confidence, focus, self-awareness, and a whole lot of laughter.
If you've been curious about what kids yoga can do for your child, this is a wonderful week to try a drop-in day or join us for the full week. There is something incredibly special about watching children discover stillness, kindness, confidence, and the power of their own minds.
From the spirited adventurers to the quieter observers, every child belongs here. Our campers learn to encourage one another, support one another, and celebrate what makes each person unique.
And don't be surprised when your child comes home teaching you about breathing exercises, meditation, and the power of focus.
✨ We have a few openings available for next week and would love to welcome some new faces into our Little Yogis family.
✨ Ages 4–12

Sometimes the world makes a little more sense after you've looked at it upside down.
As I was leaving my studio... this hawk and his friend danced right before me... not showing off to be impressive, but reminding me to not be so buried in the details... to lift my head. (Yup... look up)!
