Summer break means it's officially bike season for the whole family. ☀️
June is one of the best months to get everyone set up with the right bikes and helmets before the riding really picks up.
A properly fitted helmet is one of the most important things to get right, especially for growing kids. Sizes change faster than you'd expect. 😬

Did you know tire pressure is one of the single biggest factors in how your mountain bike actually feels on the trail? 🚵🌿
Too high and you lose traction and get a harsh, bouncy ride. Too low and you risk pinch flats and sloppy handling.
Most riders are running the wrong pressure without even knowing it. A good starting point is 25 to 30 psi for most trail conditions, but your weight, tire width, and terrain all affect the sweet spot. 🙌
