Reflecting back on last week. All the hard work. The Health gains and good habits forming.

Many firsts and personal best workouts accomplished. Keep showing up!! And thank you for always pushing me. Our Gym is the best in the area. Hands down.

If you want to be your BEST ever.
You must: be Coachable and willing.

The BEST copy no one.
They trust the process and an experienced coach.
They do whatever is asked.

***The GREATEST of all never got there doing someone else's work.
THEY COPY NOTHING.

Train your weaknesses. 
Be consistent
It will take blood sweat and tears Cussing a little and praying a lot (for me)

It WILL take a community pushing you when you don't have anything left. This is our team..

I went to an event on Saturday
to try one last time to PR .fit DEKA STRONG

I did 14:01 for a 52 yr old female. As of today I AM the Oldest highest ranking FEMALE in the WORLD in the DEKA STRONG individual. (ALL age groups:)

I will take it and Keep going!! But know,,,,
