Our 12U Cheer squad took some time for team-building fun! 💪🎉 Through games, laughter, and a little friendly competition, these athletes are building trust, communication, and the friendships that make a great team.

Championship teams aren’t just built through stunts and routines—they’re built through teamwork, encouragement, and having fun together! We love watching these girls grow stronger both on and off the mat.

Way to go, 12U! The season is just getting started, and we can’t wait to see all you’ll accomplish! 💙🤍

The first week of Oakmont Jr. Vikings Football & Cheer practice is here, and we couldn’t be more excited to kick off the season!

🗓 Monday–Friday
🕕 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM
📍 Oakmont High School

☀️ Important Reminder: It’s going to be very hot all week, so please help your athlete prepare for a successful first week by:
💧 Staying hydrated throughout the day
🥤 Bringing a full water bottle to practice
😴 Getting plenty of rest each night
🥗 Eating healthy meals and snacks to fuel their bodies

A strong Viking starts by taking care of their health!

We can’t wait to see all of our athletes out on the field giving their best effort, working hard, supporting one another, and showing us what it truly means to be a VIKING! 💙🤍

A huge THANK YOU to all of our amazing players, cheerleaders, coaches, volunteers, parents, grandparents, family members, and friends who came out to walk alongside us and cheer us on. Your support, dedication, and team spirit are what make our Viking family so special.

Seeing our community come together to celebrate our nation’s 250th Independence Day made this day one we’ll never forget. We are so proud to represent our program and can’t wait for an exciting season ahead!

We’re excited to represent our amazing Viking family this Saturday, and we want all of our football players, cheerleaders, mascots, and families to join us!

🕣 Arrival: No later than 8:45 AM
🎉 Parade Starts: 9:00 AM

🍬 Candy donations are appreciated! If you’re able, please bring individually wrapped candy for our athletes to hand out along the parade route.
