July 27th through July 30th is Team Spirit Camp Champions camp! Campers will enjoy group obstacle missions, field day games, the bounce house, team flag crafts and so much more!

Ultimate Ninja Training Camp is this Monday, and a few spots are still available! If your child loves climbing, running, obstacle courses and Floor is Lava games, this is the perfect camp for them! They’ll build speed, agility, coordination, and lots of summer memories.

This week: evaluations and patience ⚡️

Our gymnasts are reviewing everything this week, from basic skills to spotted progressions! It’s a great time to clean up foundational skills and learn new ones 🤸
Our Be the G value is patience! Foundational skills take a lot of time to master, so we remind our gymnasts that with plenty of practice and determination, their skills will improve drastically!
