It’s easy to forget sometimes just how many great memories and fun moments were created at the old gym. Looking back at pictures like this reminds me how proud I am of what we built together. What started as a dream turned into a community filled with hard work, laughter, friendships, and people pushing each other to become better every day.

I’m incredibly thankful for every single person who played a part in helping make that dream a reality. It was truly an honor to have even a small role in so many people’s fitness journeys and lives.

Even though the gym has changed, adapted, and downsized over the years, I’m still beyond grateful that I get to continue connecting with and helping so many amazing people. The friendships, memories, and impact made along the way will always mean more to me than words can explain ❤️💪
