“My daughter is naturally a little timid, and our family has been going through some big life changes. The program has been such a positive outlet for her. Sensei Johnny and Ava teach more than martial arts — they teach confidence, respect, and perseverance. I love hearing my daughter reflect on what they teach and seeing her confidence slowly grow.” — Kristen, Google review.

I eat for performance, recovery, and longevity even when getting lean and strong - so 95% of the time, I prioritize the most nutrient-dense, bioavailable foods on the planet.
That means choosing foods that are easy to digest, rich in essential micronutrients, and supportive of everything from hormone health to training output.
Here’s what I keep in regular rotation to cover my bases and stay at my best:
Protein Sources:
Lean ground beef - Rich in iron, zinc, B12, and highly bioavailable protein
Flank and sirloin steak - Supports muscle growth, strength, and testosterone production
Wild salmon - High in omega-3s for inflammation control and heart health
High-quality collagen powder - Supports joints, tendons, ligaments, and gut integrity
Whole eggs (free-range) - Nature’s multivitamin, loaded with choline, healthy fats, and protein.
Carbohydrate Sources:
Organic fruit (all types) - Micronutrient-rich, hydrating, and easy on digestion
Basmati rice - A low-residue, gut-friendly carb that fuels training and recovery
White potatoes (daily) - High satiety, high potassium, and easy to portion
Homemade sourdough bread - Fermented, easier on digestion, and higher in minerals than conventional bread
Raw honey (in moderation) - A natural, prebiotic-rich carb with antibacterial properties
Vegetables (used strategically):
Carrots, spinach, broccoli (in small amounts) - Added for micronutrient support, but kept moderate to avoid gut disruption
Salt:
High-quality iodized Himalayan salt - Supports thyroid function, hydration, and performance.
I don’t overcomplicate my food choices. I focus on foods that work with my digestion, fuel my performance, and deliver real micronutrient value.. not just macros.
