Hailey is a junior outfielder at Shorter University, bringing collegiate experience from both the NJCAA and NCAA Division II levels. A multi-time Region honoree at Hampton High School, Hailey continued her career at Georgia Highlands College on scholarship, where she competed for two years while contributing in multiple areas on the field. She was later recruited to play at Shorter University, a Division II program in Rome, Georgia. Hailey specializes in hitting, fielding, mental training, and softball IQ. Her goal is to help athletes build confidence, consistency, and a deeper understanding of the game that will support their growth throughout their entire career.
