You can’t keep saying “next Monday.”
Next Monday I’ll start working out. Next Monday I’ll get my food together. Next Monday I’ll finally make myself a priority. Next Monday I’ll get serious.
And then next Monday shows up looking suspiciously like the last one. 😂
Your life may not calm down first.
Work will still be work. The kids will still need something. The laundry will continue to reproduce when nobody is looking. Your schedule may still be a little ridiculous.
At some point, you have to stop waiting for the perfect Monday and decide:
THIS IS THE MONDAY.
You don’t need to completely change your life today.
Go train. Take the walk. Eat the meal that actually fuels you. Book the class. Drink the water. Do one thing that the version of you you’re trying to become would do.
Then do it again tomorrow.
Confidence doesn’t come from repeatedly telling yourself what you’re going to do.
It comes from proving to yourself that when you say you’re going to do something… you show up.
So if you’ve been saying, “I’ll start next Monday” for the last six Mondays…
No judgment. 😂
But maybe this is the one.
Make this the Monday. 👊🔥
