We are so excited to celebrate with our friends, family, and community at Dual Cities NWA!

Join us on Saturday, June 13th for a morning of fitness, connection, and fun.

🎒 7:00 AM Ruck (weather permitting)
🏋️ Pride WOD Classes at 8:00 AM & 9:00 AM

After class, stick around to:
