We build athletes—not just basketball players—with a strong focus on the mental side of the game. Confidence. IQ. Skill. Discipline.

Our coaches hold you accountable, pushes your limits, demands discipline, and refuses to let you settle and will be the ones who believes in you the most. 🏀

One Tarheels team made history. Sad that it ended with a 2 point deficit, our upper MS team competed in our first Quadruple OT game. Just missed with a three at the buzzer to win it. Our boys played so hard, wished they would have pulled it out, but we learned from the experience and we all enjoyed playing in the game. Go Heels!!!!

(Because of injuries, would like to add one more player to our Fall roster. Reach out to us if you want to join our squad to get some work in to get yourself ready for your school tryouts. Fall season ends on Oct 18th).

09/07/2026

Our Fall season is in full swing as some new players are experiencing the . What is ? We want to motivate through our love and passion for the game for our players to have the best, most unique experiences possible, take that passion and apply it to thier life to excel off the court, grow the desire to learn & to get every ounce of energy and attention from them. Often times it is the importance of being a teammate that can mean so much. Feeling you belong and are a part of something is equally as important as learning the sport, getting the exercise and working together toward a common goal. Every student athlete gets our best effort regardless of ability. We win by getting them to do all they are capable of and they enjoy doing it.

09/04/2026

When players know you genuinely believe in them, they’ll accept hard coaching, tough conversations, and high standards. They’ll run through a wall for a coach they trust because they know every correction is coming from a place of belief, not ego.

08/26/2026

Fall season practice and training starts this week and we are so excited. Preparation is our separation and the little things separate players who just participate from players who impact winning. We will work on our players to/with:

🗣 Communication on defense isn’t about talking to be heard—it’s about helping your teammates anticipate and trust you.
🎯 Every role matters. Whether you’re the leading scorer or the energy guy off the bench, value comes from doing your job with consistency and intent.
🔥 Competing in every drill sets the tone for the entire gym. Coaches don’t remember who looked cool—they remember who raised the standard.

Players: show up with purpose.
Coaches: create environments where these habits are required, not requested.

Missed tryouts? Message us or reach us at [email protected] to join us this Fall to be part of the and get ready for your winter tryouts.
