If you struggle with debilitating pain, read this story.

“I feel strong and can hardly believe how much power and strength I now have!

Running? Yes. Hard hikes? Yes. On my road bike? Yes. Pain free? Yes all day long!”

When Witzi’s started with us, she was recovering from a back surgery after years of dealing with progressively worsening back pain.

She was terrified of hurting herself or end up back where she started.

She didn’t have a goal to deadlift over 200 lbs, or squat over her body weight for reps. She just wanted a better quality of life.

And that’s the thing — Amy is like many of our clients who don’t start out strong or have lofty goals. Most folks here just wanted to move better.

But she kept showing up, and over time, she built strength that was never on her radar.

Amy is a testament to strength training, trusting your body, and holding out hope for the future after living with chronic, debilitating pain!
