Thanks so much everyone for coming today, Cheryl and I we're happy to host the event and hope everyone had a good time.

We raised $612 for the Roane County Paws animal shelter, we will round that up to $650. Hopefully, this helps out the needs at the shelter which are many.

We look forward to seeing everyone May 15th for the Duo race.

Conditions are looking excellent for the race Saturday. Little to no wind, moderate temperatures, no rain, stoked for a fun day.

Here are menus and also event specials from the cantina where our event is hosted at Rockwood Marina & RV Resort .

Plan for some good pre and post race food choices and free coffee Saturday morning.

Food of your choice provided for all volunteers.

Race coming up quickly, two weeks from Saturday on Sept 19th.

Boat demos and early registration Friday the 18th from 5-7pm at Rockwood Marina & RV Resort.

Here are the boats available to demo. I may not be bringing all of them unless someone is particularly interested in trying something out.

Naked Carbon (advanced stability level)

-Ozone Vela Outrigger Canoe
(Prior OC experience preferred)

Looking forward to seeing everyone then. Also, the cantina will be open with games and food and beverages to enjoy.

Super stoked about a new raffle item to support Roane County Paws (animal shelter), donated by Rick from Portage Logistics in Wisconsin.

This is a unique, fully adjustable set of roof mounted cradles
where you can flip these foam blocks either way and tilt them to any angle to safely hug your watercraft, valued at over $300. Come throw some raffle tickets in the basket after the race for a shot to win it!

The 8' span bar also breaks down in two halves for easy transport, (showing 1/2 in the picture).
