750 workouts is a commitment to the process! Justin has been doing just that. Showing up and putting the work in.

It shows as well. He also chose this year to start working on his nutrition to go with the hard work that he puts in the gym. Guy is now rocking 6 pack abs!

🙌 HUGE shout out to John Anthony Vidulich from today’s noon class!
We had a young teen walk through our doors for the very first time today. If you’ve ever been the new kid at a CrossFit gym, you know those first-class nerves are REAL. John didn’t hesitate. He took him under his wing, showed him the ropes, cheered him on through the workout, and made sure he left feeling like he belonged here.
That’s just who he is, and honestly, that’s who WE are.
The barbells are great. The workouts are fun. But THIS is what our community is all about. 🧡
John, thank you for reminding us that the best thing we build in this gym isn’t strength — it’s people.
