and .2027 both started with us at .bball when they were in 6th grade.

They developed through us, working hard with us for 3 1/2 years. They became Incredible players.

It doesn't stop there though, we have worked with and helped develop many others. Some began with us, some saw what we did first hand and came to us.

What we do works. It's why people always try to recruit players that train with us and play for us. 🫡

We don't DM already developed players or top players and beg them to train with us, then act like we helped them get there. 🤫 We work with everyone that comes to us, no matter their level.

Development is a sales buzzword for clubs that want your money. Teams that used to beat us (bad) no longer do. We caught up and even surpassed them. 🤫

Evidence based coaching, patience, focus, a true developmental plan, and TRUST/buy in from families.🫡

The willingness to take losses, facing the adversity of it and not quitting or club hopping to a "better" team for wins. 🤷‍♂️

Many coaches and programs preach it, but we actually do it and practice it. The families that trust and believe what I'm doing have seen their individual (and the team) players improve.

6/7th combo 1-1.

Both groups have a lot of promise. They just need to have patience as well. I coach for development and when people hear that they think you coach "low level" players, as if good/great players don't need anymore development. The truth is that development never ends, constant improvement is required to succeed at anything you want to do in life.
