We had a beautiful day yesterday at the 2026 Senior Classic at Ingersoll Golf Course. We saw some great golf along with a couple of fun playoffs for the Sam Snead Division and the Jack Nicklaus Division. Winning this year’s Men’s Sam Snead (65+) Division and winning the playoff is Al Bjork shooting a 76, and in 2nd place was Chris Beto shooting a 76 as well. Winning the Men’s Jack Nicklaus (50-64) Division is John Gollwitzer shooting a 70 and winning the playoff, and in 2nd place was Ron Reece shooting a 70. Winning the Women’s Patty Berg (65+) Division is Debbie VanSistine shooting an 86, and in 2nd place was Jan Ethington shooting a 96 and winning the tiebreaker. Winning the Women’s Kathy Whitworth (50-64) Division is Hui Chong Dofflemyer shooting a 77, and in 2nd place was Wendy Fitzgerald shooting an 85. Congratulations to all of winners and thank you to all the golfers who participated.

We had a huge turnout for the final 2026 Tiger Cub Golf Tournament of the season today. We had 86 golfers play in a two-person scramble at Sinnissippi. Thank you to the Bill Laude Foundation for another wonderful Tiger Cub.

Limited spots are still available for the second and final Tiger Cub event of the 2026 season being held this Sunday, August 9 at Sinnssippi Golf Course.

This FREE event is open to all junior golfers ages 5-17 and their adult amateur golf partners (age 18+), thanks to funding from the Bill Laude Memorial Fund.

Event will include snacks, beverages, and pizza!

Pre-registration is required – no registration will be allowed the day of the tournament. Register at the link in the comments section.
