Meet Ty!

With 13 years of Pilates experience, 12 years of Restorative Fitness, and 11 years of Barre and Aqua Fitness, Ty brings a wealth of knowledge, creativity, and fun to every class. Ty believes in body neutrality, focusing on what our bodies can do rather than how they look. Her classes combine effective movement, anatomy education, and a healthy dose of goofiness! She loves helping students build confidence, reach milestones, and discover what their bodies are capable of.

Outside of Aptitude, Ty teaches literacy skills to elementary students and enjoys spending time with her partner, Colton, and their three cats and two rabbits. She’s also a big fan of movies, Disney, theater, and animals—and you may even find a little pop-culture reference making its way into class!

We’re so lucky to have Ty as part of the Aptitude community!
