▶️Not all Pilates instruction is created equal.
Anyone can teach the exercises, but the education is where you learn the why behind it. A comprehensive Pilates certification takes over 500 hours in the classroom, observing, hands-on training, taking classes, and practice teaching. You have to learn anatomy, physiology, contraindications for injuries, and how to work with all bodies. This is why the education matters.
At RHP, our credentials matter. We believe in upholding the integrity of The Pilates Method and having the knowledge to help any body who walks through that door. There is a difference in offering Pilates classes and being a Pilates professional. We believe in the latter for the safety of all of our clients.
