Breaking Free Skatepark Conveniently located in Rochester NY. BFS welcomes bikes, skateboards, skates, and scooters to join BFS is New York’s largest all wheel friendly skatepark .

In addition to +17,000 sq ft of shredding space, BFS also offers a full service shop. Bike, scoot, skate, or whatever you do, we have all the parts and accessories you need. Tune ups, dialing, repairs and installation, we have you covered there too! And with over 10 years of professional experience you can expect top quality work. BFS also offers lessons and classes, as well as parties and special events! Parents you can feel safe and confident while your kids are at BFS. The ever gorgeous Ithica NY skatepark review.

Nice mix of ramps. Bad mix is “artwork”.

This kind of “graffiti” is not part of skatepark culture.

Parent score is pretty solid aside of the poor aesthetics of the spray paint. Close parking, near by benches in the shade, and a playground within eye shot of the skatepark.

Accessibility is solid here. A lot of small beginner friendly ramps.

Port Jervis NY is getting a new skatepark.

Here is a 1 year check up on the worst skatepark I’ve ever reviewed.

Thanks to Governor Kathy Hochul NYGov and the DRI grants, Port Jervis is getting 10 million dollars and 2.6 million toward revitalizing Riverside Park. Amoung other things a new concrete skatepark is in the project bid.

Port Jervis seems to leaning into outdoor activities to drive tourism revenue. A concrete park would be a great addition to the pump track they allready have.
I can’t wait to see the designs and offer my consulting for free toward the skatepark design.
