Workshop Alert 🚨
Join Kate on Saturday , March 28th at 10am for Side Balances, C Shaping, and Rollups, Oh My! 😱
In this workshop, we will discuss what C shaping is (and what it isn’t), learn a variety of progressive conditioning drills on the ground and in the air, and then apply that theory towards circular rolls, rolldowns, and rollups. Conditioning drills will rotate among apparatus, but the applied theory portion will allow students time and attention to focus on their specific apparatus and goals.
✅ Prerequisites: Students must be Int. 1 level or higher on any apparatus, AND be able to perform both a front balance and a back balance without hands on a hammock/lyra/trapeze.
