Sleep is not linear. 😴
Just because your baby was sleeping through the night last week doesn't mean they'll never have another rough night. Sleep changes as your child grows, develops, gets sick, travels, cuts new teeth, drops naps, and reaches new milestones.
That doesn't mean you've failed.
It doesn't mean you have to start over.
And it definitely doesn't mean your child has "forgotten" how to sleep.
This is exactly why working with a sleep consultant is about so much more than just getting your child to sleep through the night. My job is to teach you how to confidently navigate regressions, illness, teething, travel, developmental changes, and shifting sleep needs, so you know what to do when life inevitably happens.
Because good sleep isn't about perfection. It's about having the knowledge and confidence to adjust while keeping healthy sleep habits intact.

🚽 Boys + potty training: sitting vs standing 👶
When it comes to teaching boys to use the potty, starting with sitting is almost always the easiest and most successful approach.
Sitting helps build confidence, improves bladder emptying, and allows your child to focus on learning the skill without worrying about aiming or coordination.
Standing can absolutely come later, but it requires more control, coordination, and readiness. There’s no need to rush it.
💚 The goal isn’t to skip steps, it’s to build success one skill at a time.
Start simple. Stay consistent. Let progress build naturally.
