Looking for an unforgettable summer experience for your child?

At NEMA Camp Budo, kids don't just stay busy—they grow. They'll make new friends, build confidence, learn valuable life skills, and create memories that will last long after the summer is over.

Throughout the week, campers will enjoy:
🥋 Martial arts & self-defense training
💥 Obstacle courses & exciting games
⚔️ Weapons demonstrations & supervised practice
🤝 Leadership & team-building activities
🌳 Outdoor games & activities
🍕 Friday Pizza Party!

Most importantly, they'll develop greater confidence, focus, discipline, and respect—all while having an amazing time.

Campers should bring a bag lunch Monday through Thursday. Pizza is provided on Friday.

NEMA Camp Budo is open to current students, siblings, and friends ages 6–12. We still have a few spots available in each session!

A quick reminder: NEMA Dojo will be closed from July 2nd to July 5th for the 4th of July weekend. We will reopen on Monday, July 6th.

Thank you so much to all the awesome dads and families who joined us for our Father’s Day Karate Workout this past Saturday at NEMA Dojo!

We thoroughly enjoyed witnessing the laughter and camaraderie among the dads and their kids as they trained together on the floor. We had a fantastic time, and we sincerely hope that all the dads and their Karate Kids had an equally enjoyable and rewarding training experience.

We truly appreciated the opportunity to celebrate with all of the dads in our Dojo community. Thanks you for being a part of our NEMA Dojo family!

Thank you so much to all the amazing moms and families who joined us for our Mother’s Day Karate Workout this past Saturday at NEMA Dojo!

We had over two dozen moms and their Karate Kids on the training floor, and the energy, laughter, and spirit throughout the class were absolutely wonderful. It was a great experience seeing moms and kids training together, encouraging one another, and simply having fun together.

We hope you enjoyed the class, the pink belts, and the roses. Our staff truly appreciated the opportunity to celebrate all of the incredible moms in our Dojo community.

The event was open to all our NEMA Dojo moms and because it was such a success, we would like to invite all our moms to a special FREE Women’s Self-Defense Workshop at the dojo.

Date: Tuesday, May 19th
Time: 7:15 PM – 8:45 PM

This beginner-friendly class will focus on:
• Awareness and personal safety
• Easy-to-learn self-defense skills
• Confidence and mindset
• Practical strategies for real-world situations

No experience is necessary, and the class is designed to be fun, supportive, and low pressure.

Participants are welcome to bring a female friend; however, class size is limited to 20 participants, so advance registration is recommended.
