Alternative fitness classes for youth, teens and adults are offered year-round, including aerial silks, aerial yoga, bungee fitness, wall running, pole dancing, trapeze, aerial hoop and so much more! Our state of the art facility features 13,000 square feet complete with an observation deck, small gym area and several dance, fitness and acrobatic offerings. 
Get started with our Introductory 3 class pass and take advantage of discounts when you join any of our memberships. For a unique experience, host your Birthday Party or Bachelorette Bash with us! Having Specialty Workshops, Team Building, Field Trips and Summer Camps available, there is something for everyone.
