Meet our NEWEST Dance Lab instructor, Maggie Culp ⭐️
What styles of dance do you teach? I teach tap, jazz, hip hop, lyrical, contemporary, musical theatre, and ballet. I’ll be teaching tap and hip hop this year at The Dance Lab.
How long have you been teaching? I’ve been teaching dance for 28 years.
An interesting fact about me: I pick up choreography very quickly. Once, I was with my students at Nationals in the Dells and a friend asked me to sub as a back-up dancer for a band. I had to learn 3, 1 hour sets on the drive from the Dells to a town in North Dakota. We got lost and were a little late to the show, so we hopped up on stage after the show had already started and performed the entire 3 hours with no rehearsal, except for when we stopped to get gas on the way. I was hired after the show and took the spot of the dancer I had subbed for. 💜💙💚
