Looking for something to do with your preschool aged children? We have some spots available in our Foundations class, generally geared towards children aged 3-5. Come join us for a free trial in one of the following classes and see why Ring Gymnastics was rated the #1 gymnastics center in Roanoke by Business Rate!

Thu 10:45am, 5:30, or 6:15pm

After the free trial, class is $65 a month for one 45 minute class a week, plus an annual $25 registration fee. We prorate for midmonth starts!

NEW CLASS ALERT!

We're adding a new Foundations class to our schedule starting Sept 2, 2026! Foundations is our preschool level class, geared towards children ages 3-5. Come learn gymnastics in a fun, loving, inclusive environment on Wednesdays at 3:15pm.

The first class is always free! After that, this 45 minute class is $60/mth for 1 class a week, and there is a $25 annual registration fee per gymnast (max $50/family.)

Looking to enroll your child in our Beginner Recreational Gymnastics class? Now is the perfect time! We've just had spots open up in our Sat 10 and 11 am classes.

Our Beginner Rec class is geared towards ages 5+ and no experience is necessary. Students will learn basic gymnastics skills on all 4 apparatuses: vault, bars, beam, and floor, in an inclusive environment where we meet you children where they are at.

Class is 1 hour long and $74/month for 1 class a week, plus an annual $25 registration fee per gymnast (max $50/family). Add a second class for 25% off. And at Ring Gymnastics, the first class is always free!

PARENT SHIFT!! Be out in time to get your kids off the bus!

Need something to do while the kiddos are in school? Want to make the difference in the lives of little ones? Do you have experience in gymnastics, cheer, or dance? We are looking for a coach to support our mobile programs! This entails going to area preschools and libraries with our mobile gymnastics equipment and putting on classes during school hours.

Will train the right person!
Pay starts at $14.77 an hour with a raise in 90 days and another $1 raise at the beginning of the year.

So proud of all Ring has done in the past 2.5 years! We got Bronze in all of Youth Sports and Recreation in the Roanoke Valley!

We've been having so much fun at our camps this summer! Crafts, snacks, parties, and lots of gymnastics!
