Fantastic training with BJJ legend Prof Robson Moura / BJJ

Today, I strength 💪 trained, then in BJJ rolled an hour with the team at lunch, then taught a private class for a special needs child and classes for the rest of the kiddos. Finishing the evening with another hour of BJJ rolling with the team and an hour of kickboxing sparring. It is tough...physical...demanding and I am incredibly blessed to do it professionally.

It is one thing for me to have done it...but MAN am I proud of my wife Michelle Lee having her World's victory and medal on the wall means more to me than probably even her. 100% putting that gal over is one of my favorite things 😍. When my students have met or surpassed me....I am truly blessed.

So proud of my wife Michelle Lee ! Placing 2nd in the 2026 IBJJF MASTER WORLDS is one tough accomplishment. She trained tournament prep hard for the last 4 months to get to this place.
