It is with great sadness that I share the news of the passing of my mom, Jeannie Kowalski. Jeannie was an important part of Dance Specialties for many years, and those who had the privilege of knowing her understand just how extraordinary she was—always kind, always giving, and always willing to help anyone in need.

Out of respect for her memory and to give our dancers and staff the space to grieve, classes will be closed today, Tuesday, September 15th. Thank you for your understanding and for holding our studio community close during this time.

Classes will resume Wednesday, September 16th.

Please keep her and our family in your thoughts as we navigate this difficult moment.

Good afternoon, Dance Specialties family,

It is with a heavy heart that I share that classes will be canceled today, Monday, September 14th.

My mother, Jeannie Kowalski, who so many of you know and love, is currently in critical condition. Right now, I need to be by her side and cherish these precious final moments with her.

My hope is that classes will resume tomorrow, Tuesday, September 15th, but I will keep everyone updated as we get closer and know more.

This is certainly not how I imagined our first week together beginning, and I am deeply sorry to all of our excited students and families who were looking forward to their first day. Thank you for your understanding, patience, and grace during this difficult time.

Please keep my mother, my family, and all who love her in your thoughts and prayers as we walk through these heartbreaking moments.

Thank you for surrounding us with your love and support.

Have you heard of Cardio Dance Party?

It is a high-energy group fitness workout that combines choreographed dance sequences with traditional cardio exercises set to upbeat music.

To help with a full body workout, we do a small portion with light weights (1-3 pounds) and b***y bands to help with strength conditioning.

Doesn’t this sound like a great workout? It is!! And it’s happening on Sunday’s at 9:30am.

You don’t need to sign up, just come join us!
