Is pointe in your future? 🩰

If dancing en pointe is one of your goals down the road, the time to start preparing is now. Ballet is the foundation!

Consistent ballet training builds the strength, alignment, technique, and discipline needed to dance safely and confidently en pointe when the time comes. So if pointe is something you’re dreaming about, take those ballet classes seriously now, every class is preparing you for that next step.

All of our dancers are also welcome to take pointe class now so you can begin learning what pointe work entails, understand the strength and technique required, and see what you’ll be working toward.

We’re here to support each dancer’s journey, step by step. 🩰💕

Listen! Sometimes you just have to do the thing that scares you. ❤️

I recently won a figure 8 race car, and with it came an entry into the race. The car was basically ready to go & all I had to do was paint it, put my numbers on it, and somehow convince myself to actually get behind the wheel. 😂

And let me tell you… I was NERVOUS. Like nervous all the way up until I was sitting at that starting line wondering what in the world I had gotten myself into.

But I did it. With some peer pressure 😉 & support 😎

I faced that fear head on, got in the car, and raced. And I am SO glad I did.

I’m incredibly grateful for the opportunity and for everyone who encouraged me to go for it. It reminded me that some of the best experiences in life are waiting just on the other side of being scared.

We can get really comfortable staying inside the things we already know we can do. But every once in a while, it’s good to surprise yourself. Do something out of character. Say yes before fear talks you out of it.

You might be terrified right up until the starting line… but get in the car anyway. ❤️🏁

We're so excited to kick off another amazing season of dance! Whether your dancer is taking their very first class or continuing their training, we have classes for all ages and experience levels.

What an incredible week for our Motion Bliss Academy dancers at Nationals! 🩷✨

Our team traveled all the way to the East Coast not just to compete, but to grow, learn, and experience what it means to dance alongside some of the best talent from across the country.

We're so proud of the way our dancers represented our studio, with confidence, bravery, determination, and sportsmanship. They stepped onto every stage ready to give their best, and we're thrilled to celebrate their outstanding placements and achievements!

While the awards are exciting, the memories made, friendships built, lessons learned, and inspiration gained are what make this trip so special. We came home stronger, more motivated, and excited for what's ahead.

Congratulations to all of our dancers! Thank you to our amazing families for your support and for making this unforgettable experience possible. The future is bright for Motion Bliss Academy! 💕🏆🌊
