• waited for the perfect time
• cared about other people’s opinions.
• negotiate with my goals
• used time or money as an excuse
• hoped for more results than I was willing to work for, you can’t outwork me mentality
• waited until I was motivated
• let temporary feelings determine the outcome of my day
• compared my journey to someone else’s- me vs. me ONLY
