Parents often tell us:
"My child has become more confident since starting Jiu-Jitsu."
Martial arts builds life skills that last forever.

A reminder to all students:
Thank your training partners.
Without them, you cannot improve.
Respect the people who help you grow.

In Jiu-Jitsu there are three main directions to pass the guard:
➡ Around the legs
➡ Under the legs
➡ Over the legs
Understanding concepts is more powerful than memorizing techniques.

The real secret to getting good at Jiu-Jitsu:
Consistency.
Not motivation.
Not talent.
Just showing up… over and over again.

Talent is important. Hard work is essential. But being coachable? That’s the real game-changer.
✅ Listen with humility
✅ Accept feedback without ego
✅ Apply corrections without excuses
✅ Ask questions to grow, not to argue
The best athletes and leaders aren’t the ones who think they know it all.

BJJ Tip of the Day:
When you pass the guard, don’t rush the submission.
First focus on:
✔ Stabilizing the position
✔ Controlling the hips
✔ Slowing the opponent down
Control first.
Submission second.
That’s how you build a strong game.
