😎

Train your eyes every day to transform your body and life. Simple eye drills can target the neuro-sensory-motor system, improving concentration to maximize peripheral awareness, speed and accuracy of eye-hand responses.

When the muscles that move the eyes are out of balance, our perception of the environment changes, and the entire body attempts to compensate for that phenomenon.

Eye movements also affect cervical mechanoreceptors which can affect critical nucleus in your brain that affects:

1. postural reflexes
2. cardiorespiratory
3. autonomic
4. parasympathetic efferents
5. digestion

The research-supported benefits are significant & long-lasting in dopamine and thereby elevated mood, alertness and focus.

Here are my all-time favorite brain hacks: Try starting your day with 1-3 mins of eye exercises.

1. Horizontal eye tracking—left to right, smooth and controlled

2. Vestibular Ocular Reflex (VOR) — move your head side to side while keeping eyes locked on one point

3. Convergence - bring finger slowly to nose, keep eyes locked on it the entire time

Do this for 7 days. Your neck tension releases. Your posture improves. Your focus sharpens.

But here’s what most trainers miss:

Eyes are one system. Feet and jaw are the other two. If your clients’ feet or jaw are sending faulty signals, eye training alone won’t create lasting change.
