Welcome to F3 Crystal Lake

F3 Crystal Lake is a free, outdoor men’s workout group that meets early mornings at Creekside Park (Lakemont). There’s no signup, no cost, and no experience required—you just show up.

When We Meet (Effective Sept 7, 2026)

Mondays & Wednesdays: 5:00 – 5:45 AM (Beatdown workouts)

Fridays: 5:00 – 6:00 AM (20/40 — light 20 min stretch + 40 min discussion)

Saturdays: 5:30 – 6:30 AM (Beatdown workouts)

What to Expect

Open to all men & all fitness levels

Peer-led by regular guys, not paid trainers

You can modify anything to fit your pace

No one is keeping score or calling you out

Most men don’t feel “ready” their first day. That’s normal. Nobody here expects you to be.

About the Circle of Trust
Every workout ends in a Circle of Trust (CoT). A few minutes where we gather, share announcements, and close together.

What’s said stays in the circle

Speaking is encouraged, never required

Many men just listen at first, that’s normal

This is about connection and accountability, not performance

About Faith & 20/40s
F3 is not a religious organization, but faith is one of its core principles. Faith is what we define as simply a belief in something bigger than yourself. Men of all religions, backgrounds, and walks of life are welcome.

20/40s happen on Fridays only

They focus on purpose, character, and life

Men from all backgrounds are welcome

No preaching, no pressure to speak

Workouts typically close with a brief reflection or prayer. Participation is optional, and no one is ever put on the spot. Many men come for the workout first and figure the rest out over time.

​Another stacked week on the schedule at Crystal Lake. From double VQs to guest Qs, stretch mornings, and special events, the men are stepping up to lead.

​Monday (0530–0615): Nickleback VQ

​Wednesday (0530–0615): Aquaman GQ

​Friday 20/40 (0530–0630): IPA

​Saturday (0630–0730): Jollibee VQ

​Special Event / CSAUP: IPC kicking off, Grease Monkey on the Q (Details TBA)

​Sunday Ruck & Run: Hitting the road at The Estates (Pre-blast coming soon)

​Completely free. Open to all men. Always outdoors.

​Drop your HC in the band pre-blasts as they pop up, set the alarms, and let's get after it. See you at the flags!

2ND F DATE NIGHT: SHARP OBJECTS & SOLID FELLOWSHIP 🪓🔥

​This past Thursday, the Crystal Lake crew traded the morning gloom for an evening out with our M’s for our latest 2nd F date night.

​The wives took the lead on picking the activity, and we ended up taking over AGR Sports | Paintball • Axe Throwing • More in Katy for some axe throwing. In total, 23 of us came out for an awesome night of throwing sharp things at wooden targets, some definitely sticking with a lot more success than others!

​In F3, the 2nd F stands for Fellowship. Putting in the work at 5AM builds discipline, but nights like these are essential to our mission. Building genuine friendships and bringing our families into the circle is the glue that keeps this community strong.

​Huge thank you to our wives for choosing a fun thing to do and joining us for a great night out!

BIRTHDAY Q: GREASE MONKEY TAKES THE LEAD

​If you want a workout to test your grit tomorrow morning, this is it.

​Grease Monkey is celebrating his Birthday Q at Crystal Lake (16 ➡️ 17), and he is loading up the parking lot with heavy sandbags.

​The Work: Move heavy weight and embrace the grind.

​The Gear: Bring your own heavy sandbag if you have one, or grab one of our loaners at the flags.

​Details: 5:30 AM – 6:15 AM @ Creekside Park (Lakemont). Completely free and open to all men.

​If you are in our Band, drop your HC on the pre-blast now.

The Fort Bend Ghost Flag is currently flying on our turf. Any AO from RTX, SLTX or Southside with 5 guys ready for an no fuss raid mornin, is welcome to come try and take it off our hands...if no other AO shows up with more men to challenge for it 😈

Crystal Lake showed up deep this morning.

Shoutout to Fish Onn for setting the standard and taking the Q for the whole region today, and huge respect to all the Crystal Lake men who were able to make the journey over to Hope Locker for a special one this morning.
