The Force Dance Academy in Richmond offers Dance Classes & training in all levels & pathways! Acrobatic, Aerial Silks & Tumble training also offered.

The Force Dance Academy offers dance & tumble for ages 18 months to 18 years! Whether your athlete is looking for a fun weekly dance class or wants to be a part of our national award winning competitive dance program, we have an opportunity for you! Our facility offers three programs: recreational dance, a performance dance team and a competitive program. Let us help you find the right program for your family today! The Force also strives to accommodate all dancers of all abilities so please let us know how we can accommodate your dancer when registering for classes! Sibling discounts are also available. We believe that dance enriches lives through creativity and expression. We encourage our students to be the very best they can be and to enjoy every step along the way no matter what program they choose to participate in!

FORCE STRONG 💪

Force Strong ( ninja kids) is a fun, movement-based class designed to help kids build the skills their growing bodies need most… coordination, balance, strength, mobility and body awareness.

Through games, challenges, movement activities and age-appropriate exercises, kids develop better control of their bodies, improve confidence in movement and build skills that carry over into dance, sports, the playground and everyday life!

KINDRED: Kindred Spirits : A weekend of dance & discovery was created around one simple idea⬇️

Dance is better when we create together.

October 16–18, dancers from all studios, all backgrounds, and all experiences are invited to Richmond, Kentucky for a weekend centered around connection, creativity, artistry, and a shared love of dance.

No studio rivalry.
No need to already know someone.
No pressure to fit into a certain box.

Just come dance. Come create. Come find your people.

KINDRED will include opportunities for dancers of all ages, a Student Choreography Showcase, inspiring classes, and a faculty of artists and educators we are SO excited for you to meet.

FACULTY reveals begin THIS WEEK in our stories and will continue over the next few weeks. We have some incredible humans joining us, and we want you to get to know each of them along the way.

Studios + teachers: we would LOVE for you to be part of this with us. KINDRED was intentionally created to bring our dance community together beyond the walls of our individual studios.

They started as tiny dancers ~ now they’re seniors. 🩰✨

There’s something about watching a dancer grow up in your studio. You remember the recital where they cried because the stage lights were too bright. The combination they couldn’t get for weeks and then suddenly had it. The time the confidence clicked & their passion for dance took over.

And now here they are … our Seniors.

To every tiny dancer still working on their first pirouette right now: this is what’s waiting for you. This is what The Force grows.
