Technology can measure movement. Human care helps people understand what to do next.
We’re excited to launch KinisCare™ in early October—the human layer of Movement Health™.
Our mission is simple: make movement care more accessible, more personal, and available wherever you are.
With KinisCare, people can assess their movement from home, connect virtually with a DPT or coach, receive personalized guidance, and track their progress over time.
This is where technology and human expertise come together.
Because technology should never replace human care. It should extend its reach, improve access, and help people take action earlier.
Technology is the tool. Human care makes it work.

The problem with movement decline is not that it happens suddenly. River City Fit Jacob Keller
It’s that most people don’t notice it until it starts affecting daily life.
That’s why simple assessments like the Single Leg Stance test matter.
Balance is more than a fitness metric. It’s a window into movement health — showing how well the body can stabilize, adapt, and support confident movement over time.
At Kinis.ai, we believe care needs to shift from reactive to preventive.
Instead of waiting for pain, injury, or loss of function, we can start by measuring movement earlier, understanding what needs attention, and taking action before the problem grows.
Our mission is to make movement health measurable and accessible — so more people can assess, understand, and improve their movement with simple tools they can use in everyday settings.
Because better movement isn’t just about performance.
It’s about staying strong, capable, and independent for life.

We’re excited to introduce Dr. Christy Kobernus, PT, DPT, as the first clinician provider for KinisCare™. 🧡 Christy Kobernus | Fitness Coach | DPT
KinisCare represents something we believe is essential to the future of Movement Health™: the human care layer.
Technology can help us measure movement, identify changes, and track progress. But data alone isn’t enough. People also need someone who can help them understand what that information means and what to do next.
That’s what we’re building with KinisCare.
From the home environment, people will be able to assess their movement with Kinis, understand their results, connect with qualified clinicians, follow guided programs, and then reassess to see how their movement is changing.
Measure → Understand → Improve → Track.
Our goal is simple: make access to physical therapy expertise and Movement Health care more accessible, more proactive, and more measurable—not only after something hurts, but before small movement limitations become bigger problems.
We’re now about six weeks away from launching the first phase of KinisCare, and having Dr. Christy join us as our first clinician provider is an important milestone.
Thank you, Christy, for believing in what we’re building and helping us bring this vision to life.
We’re just getting started. 🚀

Movement health shouldn’t stop at an assessment.
Kinis is building a closed-loop Movement Health ecosystem designed to help people understand how they move—and what to do next.
Assess → Understand → Improve → Connect → Retest → Track.
Kinis Movement Intelligence turns movement into objective insight. KinisCare™ adds the human expertise of clinicians and coaches. Together, they create a connected system built around continuous improvement—not a one-time score.
For individuals, coaches, clinicians, gyms, and clinics, the goal is the same:
Better movement. Better outcomes.

Movement health shouldn’t require a movement lab.
Here we are running the Kinis Overhead Squat Assessment in a simple office environment—using an iPad to turn an everyday space into a movement assessment environment.
The overhead squat gives us a powerful look at how the body moves as a system, helping capture objective information around mobility, stability, alignment, symmetry, and movement control.
At Kinis.ai, our mission is to make Movement Health™ accessible for everyone while giving clinicians and coaches better tools to understand the people they serve.
With objective Movement Intelligence, they can:
• Establish a movement baseline
• Identify areas that may need attention
• Make more informed coaching and care decisions
• Retest and objectively track progress over time
• Show people how their movement is actually changing
Because the real goal isn’t simply to perform a test.
It’s to create behavior change, measurable improvement, and better movement over time.
Assess. Improve. Retest. Track.
This is what making movement health accessible looks like. 🚀
