Meet Ron!
(He/him)
Ron is an NASM-certified MMA conditioning coach, a NESTA Certified muay Thai coach, a former youth Muay Thai champion, and a lifelong martial arts athlete. As the lead program organizer of Seven Hills MMA, he is focused on providing every client he meets with principled and high-quality combat sports knowledge gained through local, national, and international experience - a journey he began when he committed to fighting adults at 17 years old. To provide a more inclusive and appropriate learning space for beginners and newcomers to the sport, Ron prefers to teach semi-private, private, and small group classes. He enjoys teaching beginners and people who never thought they would train martial arts because he is against the notion that only certain people should be allowed to train. He hopes to see the growth of more adult martial arts programs focused on recreation, which is why he started Seven Hills MMA in March 2025, starting with outdoor classes after six months of planning and preparation. Seven Hills MMA is (quite literally) a grassroots program with its own practice and personalized methods on how to develop people to reach their maximum potential, whether as humans or fighters.

“I see you, I understand you, and don’t let anyone tell you you can’t be exactly what you want to be, b***h!” — Chappell Roan

Chappell Roan is not only an icon of 2024, but a powerful q***r voice for those who’ve never felt like they belonged. Her rise to stardom may look like overnight success, but it’s been years in the making.

She was signed to Atlantic Records at just 17, only to be dropped a few years later. Instead of fading out, she used that time to sharpen everything her voice, her style, and her identity as an artist.

Now, she’s known for bold, unapologetic anthems like “Pink Pony Club,” “Good Luck, Babe!,” and “Hot To Go!”. Songs that celebrate q***rness, self-expression, and taking up space without apology.
