Yesterday, I was reminded of the evolution of my fitness career when one of my OGs (✨Brenna ✨) stopped by to say hi and see the studio expansion.
Immediately, we all started chatting about the “old days” or maybe my “early days” of teaching group exercise hah! It was so cool to hear them share stories and reminisce about all the places they have come to train with me throughout the years.
All of these wonderful humans were regulars in my Crunch Fitness classes. They took my virtual programs and years later most of them trained with me at my first space, “The Jungle Gym”. The Jungle Gym was my parents’ detached pool house that I converted into a gym. When I outgrew the space, they trained with me in a church parking, through Covid and when I rented a space out of a boxing gym on Staples Mill. And here they are now, at my current studio and after two expansions.
I feel so honored and privileged to still be their coach after all of these years. It’s hard to even wrap my head around. It’s also hard to believe how far I’ve come. I know for certain that I wouldn’t have made it this far without these people (and so many not pictured). Wish I could name every person along my journey, but Instagram would def cut me off haha.
It’s been quite the journey these last 12 years, and I will never be able to express my gratitude or appreciation to every person that has ever taken a class, come to an event, followed me to another location, trained with me, referred a friend, shared a post, left a review or supported from afar!
Beyond grateful and just want to say thank you. I love you guys!
