Briana has a dance background and I cannot keep a beat 🫣 Will I be able to keep up?
YES! These classes are all about having fun and embracing . Movement will be easy to follow and, more importantly, unserious.

★ Important note: literally no one cares what you look like or what you do 😆 we're just here to have a good time!

What kind of music will be played?
Kid friendly pop songs plus songs that encourage interaction and development. Check out the post for a sample from Briana!

How are kiddos involved?
For babywearing, music and moves are used to create motion that is calming or energy building. We also work on hand discovery and arm/leg movement as well as reaction to facial expressions.

For mobile babies & toddlers we will involve more action songs (think: head shoulders knees toes) and props that facilitate motor skill development. Most songs will be familiar and fun for their ages!
