YOU EAT HEALTHY!
Kids love eating our food. we could give them the same thing we got. but we usually dress it up better and it looks good. lead by example and they will follow. no I wouldn't buy their own just yet but I put extra on my plate so they can eat enough and we all be good!
1 day at Cava on Monday and he asked for salad almost everyday after.
I remind them everyday of foods that are not healthy vs foods that are.
Train them early so it'll be in bedded for years to come
I be in my own zone. My favorite part of my day!
