Steadfast Martial Arts

Steadfast was super excited to have Isaac run our Wednesday wrestling class. Isaac is a Bay Area wrestler who graduated from Albany High School Wrestling and trained a lot with coach Gian. Isaac now wrestles for Williams College Wrestling 🤼 We look forward to having Isaac around this summer and may even see in him Jiu Jitsu and Muay Thai class!

Huge shout out to for leading an amazing Friday Gi class here at Steadfast. Jonah started with standing engagements and then connected standing to guarded and pin scenarios. The games that Jonah lead focused on building top player’s capacity for dominating a guarded players legs and a pinned players arms. Class was very well thought out and explained!
