Open since 2016, LJJA provides a family learning environment to practitioners of all ages and abilities. From our kids BJJ classes to our Women's Only Self-Defense training (which is FREE to the community), we have something for everyone. In addition to our 4,000 sqft+ mat space for BJJ and Muay Thai, we also offer an infrared sauna, ice bath, exercise equipment and fitness area to our adult members. This additional feature includes kettlebells, dumbbells, and barbells (including two Rogue power racks). The workout space is available to adult members during regular scheduled hours. We have a variety of ways to make your training at Legacy Jiu-Jitsu Academy affordable. Choose the low-cost tuition plan or a one-day drop in fee if you can only come in every now and again. All tuition payments MUST be paid on a monthly basis via automatic EFT processing (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover) on the 1st, 10th, or 20th day of each month. Miguel stepped into his first sanctioned fight last night and came away with a second-round TKO.

He looked sharp from the start, found some really good openings to the body, and kept landing hard leg kicks throughout the fight. By the middle of the second round, those leg kicks had done their job. His opponent went down and wasn’t able to continue.

It was awesome to see Miguel’s hard work show up when it mattered. He has put a lot of time into training, stayed consistent, and trusted the work.

We’re proud of him, and proud of our coaching staff for everything that went into getting him ready.

First sanctioned fight. First win. TKO in the second round.

For one night, we're getting everyone off the mats.

Our 10-Year Anniversary Dinner isn't just another Legacy event.

It's our chance to sit down together and celebrate what we've built over the last decade.

There will be awards.

There will be stories.

There will probably be some laughs at what Legacy looked like 10 years ago.

And then there will be music and dancing.

Professor Queixinho returns to Legacy as part of our 10-Year Anniversary Weekend on October 9th.

We first had the opportunity to host Professor Queixinho for a seminar in 2021, and in 2024 Legacy officially joined the ARES BJJ affiliation. Since then, his leadership and support have helped us continue to grow, sharpen our Jiu-Jitsu, and represent Legacy on bigger competitive stages.

Whether you compete, train for fun, or simply want to improve your Jiu-Jitsu, you don’t want to miss this one.

The Great Mid-Columbia Duck Race is just one week away, and Legacy has tickets ready during regular business hours. Coach Becks and Megan both have tickets available at the gym.

Each ticket is $10, includes a free Autobahn car wash, a chance at over 40 prizes (including $1,000 cash prize from Legacy Jiu-Jitsu Academy!), and gives you a chance to win a new 2026 Toyota Corolla. You can grab single tickets or a full book (20 for $200).
