From Little Lobos to the professional women's game with Dallas Trinity FC, the road to pro now runs through every player in our community. Every girl who laces up for Atlético Dallas Youth can now see exactly where hard work can take her. The path is open.

We’re proud to introduce Coach Lana Van Deusen as our new Select Leadership & Experience Development Director.

In this role, Coach Lana will work within our Select Program to help lead club initiatives focused on player leadership, coach development, team culture, and mentorship. As we continue investing in the complete development of every player, her leadership will play an important role in shaping the experience both on and off the field.

Coach Lana brings more than two decades of coaching experience spanning high-level youth soccer, college soccer, Region III Premier League, and Academy programs. She is a USSF B Licensed coach with degrees in Sports Performance & Psychology and Sports Physiology, and her playing career includes a National Championship, time in the W-League with the Atlanta Classics, and professional experience with the Atlanta Beat.

As part of this new role, Coach Lana will help launch several exciting initiatives, including LeadHERship Lab, The Captain’s Circle, and Leadership Huddle, all designed to develop stronger leaders, create better environments, and continue building the future of Atlético Dallas Youth.

We’re excited to have Coach Lana leading this important area of our club and look forward to sharing more about these initiatives in the coming weeks.

We’re proud to announce Callum Challinor as our new Coordinator – Central Division Boys Pre-ECNL Program U10–U12.

As we continue to grow our boys pathway, we believe investing in our youngest players with exceptional coaches and even better people is essential to our long-term success. Callum embodies exactly that.

His playing experience includes academy football with Newcastle, Hartlepool, and Gateshead in England, along with a decorated collegiate career as an All-Regional and All-Conference player. He has also served as a Graduate Assistant Coach at West Texas A&M University and brings a wealth of playing and coaching experience to our club.

Callum is a USSF C Licensed coach and will soon begin his USSF B License, demonstrating his commitment to continuous learning and development.

With a coaching philosophy centered on high standards, accountability, and helping players reach their full potential, Callum will play a key role in developing the next generation of Atlético Dallas players.
