We’re so excited to have Ms. Ashley K spending even more time at TNM Dance this season! 🤍

Ashley is originally from Tulsa, Oklahoma, and began her dance journey in Texas at the age of three. At twelve, she began training and competing in hip hop, continuing her passion for the style throughout middle school, high school, and college. While attending the University of Texas at Arlington (UTA), Ashley served as a dance coordinator for a student organization, further developing her leadership and performance skills.

After taking a break from dance during the pandemic in 2020, Ashley returned to the studio in 2022 as a member of a local dance team. She soon joined the team’s competitive division, Izavibe, where she eventually earned the role of captain.

Ashley later auditioned for the Dallas Cowboys Rhythm & Blue under the direction of Jenny Durbin Smith. She is currently entering her third year as a member of the team and her second year serving as co-captain.

With strong foundations in hip hop, performance, and leadership, Ashley is passionate about creating an encouraging environment where dancers can build confidence, develop their skills, and discover their own love for dance. She looks forward to sharing her experience and passion with each of her students.

We are SO excited!! 🩷 Ms. Jaclyn will be teaching our Thursday 4:30 jazz & lyrical class this year!!

Jaclyn Smith brings over 20 years of dance training and leadership to our studio. Her extensive teaching background includes 13 years with the prestigious J.J. Pearce High School Pacesetters- serving nine years as head Drill Team Director. She is in her fourth year inspiring the next generation of dancers as a Dance Teacher at Parkhill and Richardson North Junior High Schools.

Jaclyn’s roots in the Texas dance community began as a member of the world-famous Kilgore College Rangerettes, where she danced with the elite Swingsters jazz group and served as Freshman Sergeant then Captain her sophomore year. A graduate of Texas A&M University, Jaclyn has also trained and choreographed for dancers and drill teams of all levels statewide.

Whether teaching technical foundational skills to beginners or refining advanced performance qualities, Jaclyn is dedicated to helping every student build confidence, technique, and a lifelong love for dance.
